The talk was hosted by Dr Govinda Raj Pokharel and broadcast on AP1 TV’s evening news on Sunday, 29 January 2023. Dr Sandip Shah (former President of IPPAN) and Anup Upadhyay (former Secretary of Energy) discussed the development of the electricity sector in Nepal, the roles of the private sector, and the potential of power trading and energy exchanges.
